9/24/2008: Automated Billing System Completed

I am pleased to announce I have completed my new automated billing system. HATS Software will no longer send invoices for services. Instead, you will receive notice of account expiration and will be given the opportunity to sign into your account to process payments using your preferred method: Online payments, Phone payments, or checks by mail.

Because the system is automated, you will now have the flexibility to select the term of your contract. Options are given for Monthly, Semiannual, and Anual payments. Rates are based on monthly payments with a 10% discount offered for Semianuual payments and a 20% discount offered for annual payments.
